I have been in the masonry field and construction industry for well over 30 years. I started my career as a mason working summers and evenings with my Grandfather, a well known mason in Centre County. Throughout the years, I've witnessed many failures with concrete and masonry. I've watched contractors take short cuts by using the cheapest materials available, and hiring inexperienced and unqualified help, ultimately creating nightmares for the homeowner.
As a masonry contractor, the main problem I've come across is definitely
water damage. I've spent numerous hours testing and researching water penetrating into masonry and concrete. I've spent numerous hours taking courses on water damage. After 30 plus years, I feel that I understand and know how to solve most any water problem that is presented to me.
My main goal is to help home owners understand, educate them and hopefully save them tens of thousands of dollars by stopping the problem before in gets to far gone. My goal is to add decades to the life of concrete and masonry on homes by simply addressing the problem before in get of control.
